Cathedral Window Sidewalls

Our most popular sidewall style and the style we typically recommend, cathedral window sidewalls not only look great, but allow a nice amount of light into the interior. Not recommended for use in below freezing temperatures.

Solid Sidewalls

Solid sidewalls are a perfect choice in the colder months when using a tent heater, or when you simply want a bit more privacy for your event. Also recommended as backdrops for vendor booths.

Need something unique to your needs? Just ask! With enough advance notice, we can also get mesh or clear sidewalls, and even custom printed sidewalls by request.

Tent Subflooring

A good option when you need to cover a portion of the ground under your tent. If you’re looking for a basic subfloor for your tent, then ask about our Fastdeck subfloor. Requires the existing ground to already be fairly flat and level. Maximum coverage of 600 sq/ft is available.
Lighting
When the sun goes down, the party heats up! And you need lights to keep going late into the night. We’ll never leave you in the dark. All our lighting options feature power saving LED bulbs that run cool and hardly ever burn out.

Bistro-Style String Lighting

Our most popular lighting solution. String lights are not only beautiful at night, they’re also highly customizable and an economical lighting solution. Add just a few strings around the inside perimeter of the tent for a casual atmosphere, or go crazy and run multiple strands across the entire ceiling for a super-festive look. Our string light bulbs are commonly referred to as ‘Edison’ style bulbs. Price includes installation.

Chandelier Lighting

Chandelier lighting can transform a space from just another tent to a unique experience that will make memories for a lifetime. Talk to us about chandelier options for your event. We will work with you to find something that suits your tastes but won’t break the bank.

Wireless LED Uplighting

Colored uplighting is a great way to make a statement for your event. Our wireless LED units can be placed anywhere you like to create a colored wash of light. These look great at the corners of tents or at the bottom of center poles to cast a colored wash against the tent top. Rented only in pairs of 2 or 4.

LED Dimmers

Get your mood under control. Add an LED dimmer to your small tent lighting package so you can set just the right mood for your outdoor event. LED dimmers are already included in all lighting packages for tents 1200 sq/ft or larger.

Stand-alone String Lighting

String lighting is not only a great option inside your tent, but outside the tent too! Ask about adding stand-alone string lighting to areas outside of your tent with our 9’4″ tall string light poles. With spacings up to 15′ apart, we can create a beautiful atmosphere for any outdoor event.

Cooling Fans

Don’t let a hot, muggy day ruin your fun! We offer industrial quality 30″ pedestal fans and 36″ drum fans that will keep the air circulating in your tent, keeping you and your guests cool and comfortable all day long while remaining quiet enough to not disturb your event.

Misting Fans

The ultimate in cool, summertime fun! Our pedestal mounted 30″ misting fans are a fantastic solution for those hot summer days when a bit of cooling mist is just what’s needed. Comes with a 100′ hose and reel, requires a nearby outdoor water connection.

80,000 BTU Tent Heaters

Tent heat is essential in the cooler months, and we have just the solution for you. Our heaters are designed specifically for tents, are very safe with no open flames or heating elements inside the tent that can burn you or your guests, and they’ll keep you warm for hours. Includes thermostat and diffuser.
Please note that rental of 1-2 (depending on amount of heat required) 100 lb. propane tanks and tent sidewalls are required when renting a tent heater. Requires access to a nearby electrical outlet.

Need propane for your tent heater? These 100 lb. tanks will arrive completely filled and will be connected and secured by our installation team.
Please note that fire code requires propane tanks to be located at least 10 feet from any structure.

500 lb. Concrete Block

New for 2024, we’re proud to offer the premiere tent ballasting solution, Block and Roll. Block and Roll concrete blocks have been tested to be the safest and best tent ballasting solution on the market. Due to safety considerations, the number of blocks used to weigh down a tent is up to us to decide. Industry standard is 10 pounds of ballast per square foot of tent. A separate delivery and pickup fee will typically be assessed when ordering concrete blocks.

White Block Cover

Yes, we know our concrete blocks are not the most attractive things in the world. That’s why for most events requiring blocks, we’ll also add white vinyl block covers to your order so you don’t have to see those ugly blocks. At only $10 each, you can’t go wrong!

Water Barrel & Cover

In certain situations, we may opt to use 55 gallon water barrels instead of concrete blocks for tent ballast. Concrete blocks are our standard method to weigh down tents when staking is not possible, but sometimes blocks are not practical or possible to use and we’ll opt for water barrels instead.
Water barrels require an outdoor source of water nearby so that we can fill the barrels. Due to safety considerations, the number of water barrels used to weigh down a tent is up to us to decide. Comes with a white vinyl cover.

3000 Watt Gas Inverter Generator

Portable, quiet power! Our 3000 watt gas inverter generator supplies enough power for all your party needs and its modern design keeps the noise level down so as not to disturb your neighbors or guests. Features electric start and inverter technology which provides clean, consistent power for your most sensitive electronics. Includes a full tank of gas (2 1/2 gallons) which will provide nearly 9 hours of operation at half load.

Biodegradable Trash & Recycling Boxes

Our biodegradable 40-gallon cardboard trash boxes are a great option for keeping your event neat and clean. No garbage bag required. Once it’s full, just cap the can with the lid and toss the whole thing out on the next garbage day. Made from 100% biodegradable materials so you know it’s good for the Earth.

Extension Cords

You always need one more than you have! We offer 12 and 14 gauge white extension cords in 25′ and 50′ lengths and 80′ reels in orange. Just let us know what length you need and how many.

Cable Ramp
$10/section
Safety first. The last thing you need is for one of your guests to trip and fall on an extension cord running across the ground at your event. Rent our cable ramps to make sure your event space is safe for your guests. We offer dual channel cable ramps with an 11,000 lb. load capacity. 40″ long per section.

Fire Extinguisher

Our fully certified fire extinguishers are 5 pound, type ABC models that will put out most typical fires. Whether your city requires fire extinguishers in your tent or you just want some peace of mind, we’ve got you covered. We require fire extinguisher rental for any tent 1200 sq/ft or larger, or for fully enclosed tents of any size. All fire extinguishers are installed on a tent pole with a hanging bracket.
